For plates that bring together fire and flavour, head to Ignis KL, led by chef Lroy Lim, who heads his team of flame experts that know their way around the grill. The menu combines the best of Asian, European, and Latin influences and details impressive dishes like its Angus beef flatiron with caramelised onion purée and watercress, grilled giant squid with almond purée and arrabbiata sauce, and cold capellini with grilled prawn, miso, and tobiko.
Just about everything on the menu gets to spend time on the grill in some shape or form, including its desserts, such as its signature s'mores made with a coffee marshmallow and served with Altara dark chocolate and grilled grapes accompanied with yoghurt dip and parmesan biscuit.
