Kuthari’s new dishes introduce a blend of tradition and innovation. Dive into street food classics like the palak patte ke chaat, featuring crispy spinach leaves and tangy chutneys, or go for a taste of Kerala and savour the pork pepper fry, showcasing the versatility of pork with aromatic spices. Other highlights include the Badami murg tikka, or almond chicken tikka; tandoori basil nimbu prawn which fuses coastal flavours with tandoori grilling; and Northern Indian delicacies such as the fragrant lamb rogan josh and the Parsi-style smoked patrani fish.
